How it Works
Momentemps matches donors with household items with recipients that are able to pick up or
have delivered (at the donors descretion). Once you've submitted your information you will see a
list of donated items. Simply click on I'M INTERESTED box next to the items of interest. Donors are
alerted by potential match e-mails, to recipients that conveniently match their items and location.
Recipients reserve items of interest. Donors have the right to cancel or confirm reservations.
Recipients are responsible for pick-up (unless donors urgently want to drop-off).
Momentemps provides follow-through e-mails to make the process easy. And we send
receipts/Thank you letter e-mails with the donor tax exempt data to the donor.
You will not be able to receive any items unless you are registered and have initialed the Terms
and Condition.
Momentemps will not be held responsible for non transacted performances between donor and
recipient.
